I suspect each of them only drops with specific criteria, but what that is I am not sure. I mostly do strongholds in hard/challenging.

Memento benefits from hybrid build. Especially if you have 2~3 blue or yellow core instead of full red. Personally, I'd go for a 3 red 2 blue build with technician. That way you still have a decent damage output and survivability and 2 skill tiers with the backpack.
