I’ve been playing Trombone for quite a while now and have a pretty good range that sounds good. I’m able to hit really high and have a full range Upper and lower except no matter how hard I try I can never hit a high G, I can hit a high A and Bb but not a high G. If I try to play it I usually go one partial higher or lower. A good example is the high G on 2nd position, where you have to adjust the slide to somewhere in between 1st and 2nd position to play it in tune. Try playing G, B, and D on 4th position without moving the slide on your trombone and without adjusting the pitch with your embouchure.You can read something and hope that it’ll all be beamed into your brain for future application.
