A Super H will have disk brakes, and the brake drums will be cast iron with a steel button cap in the middle.

Yes the H for sure had a low low gear option, still had the 5 speeds , but a low first gear , not sure on the rest of the ratios. If the # tag is still on the tractor have a look at the suffix after the main s/n, may end in X6,X6A,X6B,X6C.
