BOTW is running beautifully on my system. However, the game speeds up if the FPS goes above 30. My friends don't have this problem, and they used older versions of the game file. I acquired this file about a year ago and it includes the DLC packs. I use an AMD 6600 XT and an Intel i5 processor, however I was having the same issue on my old 1060. FPS++ is capping the framerate at half of the implied setting: so at 30, it's capping it at 15, at 60, 30, and 120, 60.
